Whilst being an active mobility retailer for over 15 years, Ross Care is delighted to receive recognition for their renewed approach in developing its retail provision in recent years. Complementing this, a new website and printed product brochure have also been created, both of which heavily feature advice on common challenges and selecting equipment.

Ross Care are particularly proud of the depth and variety of the work undertaken during this period, as it goes deeper than just the implementation of high quality showrooms, but seeks to meaningfully contribute to meeting the real challenges faced in Health and Social Care provision.

Ross Care take a long-term view in their support of healthcare professionals. By employing their own Occupational Therapist they are able to offer specialised support to Physio and Occupational Therapists, District and Tissue Viability Nurses amongst others. This has proved a valuable resource to Healthcare professionals and carers alike.

The retail divisions stated mission is to deliver excellence in service, advice and guidance at all levels of needs. To support individuals for the full life cycle of their equipment, from decision-making, demonstration and setup, through to expert service and maintenance.
